Very nice! Good energy to the linework combined with some well-rendered, smooth tones. NIce balance and contrast. The angle is a bit weird, but that can happen when you reference a pic--after all, we've all got two eyes, and a camera's only got one This looks like the lead singer of Coldplay to me! A bit grimier maybe.... I think it's great.
